Job Mission
As AI for IT Project Lead, you will manage and coordinate the end-to-end project to embed AI capabilities across the IT organization. Your focus will be on defining success metrics, developing learning paths, identifying and prioritizing use cases, and delivering a clear step-up roadmap. Your experience with AI deployment in enterprise environments will be key to ensuring a structured and impactful step-up.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the AI for IT Step-Up project within a 3-month timeframe.
• Metrics & Measurement: Define and implement KPIs and success metrics to track progress and impact of AI initiatives.
• Learning Pathways: Design and coordinate tailored learning paths for various IT roles to build AI literacy and practical skills.
• Use Case Portfolio: Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases relevant to IT operations and business value.
• Roadmap Development: Develop a detailed, actionable roadmap for the AI step-up, including milestones, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Align with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resource availability.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements to the Strategy and Innovation Manager and other stakeholders.
• Best Practice Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation of lessons learned and best practices.

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration).
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on AI deployment or digital step-up.
• Demonstrated experience in developing learning programs and managing use case portfolios.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred).
• Consultancy background is a plus.
