Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable ISO27001 Compliance Support Specialist to assist in maintaining and enhancing its ISO27001 certification. The role involves evaluating current implementations, identifying gaps, supporting audit readiness, and training internal staff for future audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current policies and implementations against ISO27001 Annex A Controls.
• Identify and advise on gaps (deltas) between current practices and ISO27001 standards.
• Support the resolution of registered findings and verify readiness for closure by LRQA.
• Assist Control Owners in preparing for LRQA audits.
• Support the extension of ISO27001 certification to Local IT (OT) within the factories.
• Raise awareness among Local IT managers and maintenance teams regarding certification requirements.
• Conduct internal ISO27001 audits and members to become Internal ISO27001 Auditors.

Qualifications:

• Detailed knowledge and experience with ISO27001 standards and Annex A Controls.
• Experience in conducting and supporting ISO27001 audits.
• Ability to identify compliance gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to support and train internal stakeholders.
• Experience with LRQA audit processes is a plus.
