• 5–6 years of professional Python experience in web development

• Familiarity with modern software development best practices and the confidence to challenge or adapt them when needed

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

• Team player who actively participates in group discussions and sprint evaluations

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with:

  • Microservices architecture (HTTP and messaging-based)

  • Django, FastAPI

  • Infrastructure tools: RabbitMQ, Elastic Stack, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry (OTEL)

  • RESTful APIs, OAuth2

  • Kubernetes, DevOps best practices

• Comfort with structured environments, including review processes and formal communication styles
