On this journey, we are looking for a CRE QEHS Project management officer who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.
Your tasks will include:
- Setting up and maintaining the structure for project portfolio management in the CRE QEHS team. This structure should support managing the cross sector projects that are planned or being executed in the sectors and Business Lines to support our CRE QEHS strategy
- Maintaining the structure for the API Waste Analysis and Insights
- Drive and chase program managers & local sustainability coordinators in updating the portfolio & masterplans
- Facilitating structural alignment meetings with the (API) program managers and sector representatives for progress tracking, reporting, escalation
- Preparing (API) project progress review sessions to manage triple constraint, KPI alignment meetings and other sessions e.g. workshops for stakeholder alignment, incl. providing and maintaining effective templates & current tooling
- Supporting bi-monthly portfolio steerco reporting to sr. management
- Structuring and securing relevant API KD documents
- Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the project execution (simplify, communicate, looking for opportunities and synergies in other API’s)
- Establishing well designed communication channels and templates and help develop effective strategic communication material
Education and experience
- Bachelor degree or Master’s degree.
- 3-6 years of work experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
- >3 years or work experience as PMO or project manager in program management context.
- Background and knowledge in EHS.
- Experience with the design and/or implementation of new processes and change and improvement projects in a complex stakeholder landscape.
- Experience in (high) tech environment is an advantage.
- Affinity with ESG Sustainability is a plus

- You are skilled in setting up and maintaining plans, budget overviews, reports in tools like Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, etc.
