Description:
Managing and supporting solutions for real-time shipment and process tracking within a supply chain using SAP technologies. This includes utilizing SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace to monitor shipments, manage exceptions, and integrate with various partners and systems. Collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements, configure the system, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace to track shipments, manage events, and integrate with other systems.
• Data Management: Ensuring accurate and consistent data capture, processing, and storage of tracking information.
• Integration: Connecting the track and trace system with other SAP modules (like S/4HANA) and external partners (carriers, logistics providers).
• Monitoring and Analysis: Tracking shipments in real-time, analyzing performance data, and identifying potential issues or delays.
• Exception Management: Setting up and managing alerts for deviations, delays, or other exceptions, and taking appropriate action.
