We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our team and drive the successful delivery of our projects. 

Job Description: 

As a Scrum Master at AgileTribe, you will play a pivotal role in Agile development process, ensuring that our teams are empowered to deliver high-quality software and solutions on time. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, while championing Agile principles and practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, mentor, and facilitate teamwork among cross-functional teams, driving our projects to success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Scrum Master: Act as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. 
• Team Empowerment: Create an environment in which the development team can self-organize and make informed decisions to meet their goals. 
•  Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that impede the team’s progress and help them achieve their sprint goals. 
• Communication: Foster open and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity. 
•  Continuous Improvement: Encourage the team to inspect and adapt their processes continually, striving for increased efficiency and quality. 
•  Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze Agile metrics to track progress and communicate team performance to stakeholders. 
•  Coaching and Mentorship: Coach team members in Agile principles and practices, helping them grow and reach their potential. 
•  Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product backlog is well-prepared and prioritized. 

 Qualifications: 

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Adept at managing change and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead and influence without formal authority.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various situations.
