Supplier Enablement
- Assist customer to build a supplier onboarding strategy in the steady state
- Load required supplier data on Ariba Network & Ariba P2P
- Assist customer to establish a trading relationship with supplier on AN
- Post dummy orders & invoices in Test system to verify supplier onboarding
Incident Resolution
- Monitor customer’s incident management tool. If customer does not have any such tool, options will
be explored during SNAP implementation. - Manage incidents raised by customer in incident management tool
- Fix & Close the incident raised by customer within defined SLA
- Post dummy orders & invoices in Test system to verify supplier onboarding
Daily Master Data Monitoring
- Prepare a report and share with respective shareholders.

Catalog Enablement
- Assist customer to manage their catalogs which can include:
- Prepare catalog cif file
- Manually load catalog into Ariba (Test & Prod)
- Perform system test runs
- Activate or deactivate catalogs
- Load catalogs from Ariba Network and process.
- Co-ordination with supplier will be customer’s responsibility only.
Manual Master & Transactional Data
- Assist customer to manually load master data into Ariba. It can include data load after fixing data
errors or warnings. OR a regular activity to maintain the data into Ariba. - Manually load any transactional data like Requisition, Receipts, Order Close Status, Operational
Contracts.
Configurations & Modifications (only for existing business implementation)
- Modify existing (in place) configurations like Approval flow, Invoice Exception, Receipt Rules,
Guided Buying tiles, Guided Buying Policies - Enable existing (not used features or functionalities) to accommodate & improve existing business
implementation. - Adding new approval nodes or build a new approval process
- Adding new tiles, or policies to Guided Buying
- Adding new custom forms.
Analyze and Implement Quarterly features
- Every quarter SAP Ariba release new features around Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying,
Catalogs, APIs etc. - Newly released features will be analyzed, and relevant features will be presented to business & IT
team. - After alignment & sign off from Business & IT teams, new feature will be configured, tested, and
deployed in production.
Unlimited number of tickets
- No limit on number of incidents to be resolved per month.
Global/Extended Support (16*5)
- Application Support will be provided as per European time zone only i.e. 9AM – 5PM CET
- Application support will be only during weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday
- Location of resource will be offshore
- Onsite travel should be possible as per business needs.
Negotiated SLA
- No predefined SLA.
- Brainbox will negotiate with customer to define SLA depending upon customer’s size and procurement
