On this journey, we are looking for <strong>Project Manager-<span data-teams=\"true\">Supplier Colloboration<\/span><\/strong> who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refine and validate the project requirements and knock out criteria with mandated business and IT stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and coordinate the evaluation team, including planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and deliverable management.<\/li>\n<li>Define the evaluation approach, scope, success criteria, and decision framework. Execution can take place as a Request for Information (RFI) process to assess relevant market solutions and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze solution capabilities against validated requirements and knock out criteria, architecture principles, and business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate vendor demonstrations, workshops, and solution assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Manage risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and decision-making processes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a recommendation for the preferred solution, including business case and roadmap proposal for a pilot to be initiated by 2027.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expected Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Validated and approved requirements and knock out criteria by mandated stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Market scan and shortlist of candidate solutions.<\/li>\n<li>RFI assessment of shortlisted candidates and comparison report.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation findings and recommendation document including clear recommendation of a preferred candidate solution to move into pilot.<\/li>\n<li>Pilot proposal, including scope, success criteria, risks, and implementation approach. Pilot proposal to be approved by stakeholders and ready by end of Q4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Must Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with PLM ecosystems, preferably Teamcenter.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of supplier collaboration, design collaboration, or engineering subcontracting processes.<\/li>\n<li>Proven Project Management experience leading software or digital transformation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing RFI\/RFP processes and vendor evaluations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive decision-making in complex environments.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brainbox Consulting BV\u00a0aligning great talent with clients\u2019 needs is at the core of who we are.
