On this journey, we are looking for\u00a0<strong>Talent Acquisition Consultant<\/strong> who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities within the team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant with at least one year of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and help maintain a <strong>positive employer brand<\/strong> throughout the hiring process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the <strong>end-to-end recruitment lifecycle<\/strong>, from requirement gathering to onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Source candidates through <strong>job portals, LinkedIn<\/strong>, referrals, and internal databases.<\/li>\n<li>Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments for technical and non-technical roles.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience through to joining.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS \/ recruitment tracking system.<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>employer branding initiatives<\/strong> to attract quality talent.<\/li>\n<li>Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must-Have Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition. (Internship experience is also good)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing to onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of ATS \/ recruitment tracking tools.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to screen candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of offer management and salary negotiation.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in branding.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mode- Hybrid(3 days at office is mandatory)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brainbox Consulting BV\u00a0aligning great talent with clients\u2019 needs is at the core of who we are.
