On this journey, we are looking for <strong>Agentic AI Engineer \u2013 Generative &amp; Agentic AI <\/strong>who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Transform Generative AI and Agentic AI prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions for real-world engineering workflows. This role involves working closely with AI Solution Architects and engineering teams to make data AI-ready, integrate AI capabilities across systems and workflows, and embed intelligent solutions into daily engineering processes. Hands-on experience across <strong>low-code and pro-code environments<\/strong> with technologies such as <strong>Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT\/Codex, and Anthropic Cowork<\/strong> is highly relevant, with a strong focus on AI solution integration, productization, scalability, and adoption.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"1h8ic3m\" data-start=\"26\" data-end=\"133\">Prepare, structure, curate, and organize <strong data-start=\"69\" data-end=\"86\">AI-ready data<\/strong> for Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"gogieg\" data-start=\"134\" data-end=\"248\">Identify and resolve <strong data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"189\">data quality issues and gaps<\/strong> across databases, knowledge bases, and other data sources.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"l5kgak\" data-start=\"249\" data-end=\"349\">Design and implement <strong data-start=\"272\" data-end=\"348\">data and system integrations using APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1dbsobi\" data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"443\">Connect AI solutions with <strong data-start=\"378\" data-end=\"442\">enterprise systems, engineering tools, and knowledge sources<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1vcjcll\" data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"542\">Collaborate directly with engineering teams to <strong data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"541\">implement, integrate, and adopt AI solutions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ov0gzd\" data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"614\">Support development across <strong data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"613\">low-code and pro-code AI environments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1nd09qc\" data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"724\">Transform <strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"723\">AI prototypes and MVPs into reliable, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1kyjf9u\" data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"827\">Build <strong data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"784\">reusable AI components and integration patterns<\/strong> that can scale across teams and use cases.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ctrdk8\" data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"952\">Partner with the <strong data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"872\">AI Solution Architect<\/strong> on technology stack, deployment models, LLM selection, and technical standards.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1v641wb\" data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"1070\">Apply <strong data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"973\">AgentOps<\/strong> practices for monitoring, evaluation, observability, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1395nj0\" data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1161\">Optimize AI solutions for <strong data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1160\">performance, robustness, scalability, and cost efficiency<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1so9ty3\" data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1279\">Ensure AI implementations comply with <strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1278\">security, privacy, Responsible AI, governance, and engineering standards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10wng96\" data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1365\">Contribute to <strong data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1364\">best practices, reusable playbooks, and implementation standards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1t66yt6\" data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1485\">Use <strong data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1411\">Python and other programming skills<\/strong> to build integrations, services, automation, and AI-enabled applications.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10nd9kw\" data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1576\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Take ownership of solutions from <strong data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1575\">prototype \u2192 implementation \u2192 production \u2192 adoption<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Experience with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data engineering, APIs, and system integration in complex environments<\/li>\n<li>Generative or Agentic AI solutions in production settings<\/li>\n<li>AgentOps, monitoring, and optimization practices<\/li>\n<li>Experience in engineering-heavy environments (software, systems, manufacturing)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working across both low-code and pro-code environments:<\/li>\n<li>Low-code \/ no-code AI tools:<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Copilot Studio<\/li>\n<li>ChatGPT Codex<\/li>\n<li>Anthropic Cowork<\/li>\n<li>Pro-code \/ platform-based AI development:<\/li>\n<li>Azure AI Foundry<\/li>\n<li>AWS Bedrock or similar platforms<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with enterprise AI governance frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in federated or transformation programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brainbox Consulting BV\u00a0aligning great talent with clients\u2019 needs is at the core of who we are.
