On this journey, we are looking for <strong>Salesforce CRM Technical Architect <\/strong>who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.<\/p>\n<h4>Role Summary<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We are seeking an experienced <strong>Salesforce Solution Architect<\/strong> to lead the design and implementation of <strong>Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)<\/strong> and <strong>Agentforce<\/strong> solutions for financial services organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, enterprise integrations, security, AI-powered automation, and delivering scalable CRM transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Design end-to-end Salesforce FSC solution architecture, including <strong>Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Lead enterprise integrations using <strong>REST\/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft<\/strong>, and other enterprise integration platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Drive Salesforce development using <strong>Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement <strong>Salesforce Agentforce<\/strong> solutions, including <strong>AI Agents, Agent Builder, Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and AI-driven workflows<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure platform security, governance, scalability, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to define and implement technical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to development teams.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preferred Certifications<\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Salesforce <strong>Application Architect<\/strong> and\/or <strong>System Architect<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Salesforce <strong>Agentforce Specialist<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Salesforce <strong>AI Specialist<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Salesforce <strong>Financial Services Cloud (FSC)<\/strong> Certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brainbox Consulting BV\u00a0aligning great talent with clients\u2019 needs is at the core of who we are.
