On this journey, we are looking for <strong>Service Delivery Manager(Infrastructure &amp; Operations)<\/strong>\u00a0who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.<\/p>\n<p data-section-id=\"sfiu67\" data-start=\"333\" data-end=\"362\"><strong><span role=\"text\">Key Responsibilities &amp; Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"1084\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1j1q37v\" data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"447\">Own and manage end-to-end IT service delivery across Infrastructure &amp; Operations<\/li>\n<li><strong>10\u201315 years<\/strong> of experience in ITIL-based service management &amp; operations<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"6glzy4\" data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"532\">Define, implement, and govern the IT service catalogue aligned to business needs<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7vtnco\" data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"613\">Lead L1 \/ L2 \/ L3 support teams with clear roles, SLAs, and escalation paths<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"w7jqyi\" data-start=\"614\" data-end=\"708\">Design and optimize ServiceNow workflows (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19lxf4o\" data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"766\">Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"s2im00\" data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"863\">Drive service performance through SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and Continuous Service Improvement (CSI)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wiqp4r\" data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"948\">Act as the primary interface between delivery teams, customers, and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"p8bqdq\" data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"1024\">Manage service risks, availability, capacity, and operational readiness<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"65z2ct\" data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1084\">Support audits, compliance, and governance requirements<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1hu7zmu\" data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1593\">Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"cx5hye\" data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1663\">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Must-Have<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ITIL\u2011based service management<\/li>\n<li>L1 \/ L2 \/ L3 support organizations<\/li>\n<li>ServiceNow &amp; Infrastructure &amp; Operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Good-to-Have<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ITIL v3 \/ v4 certification<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managed services or AMS delivery models<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments<\/li>\n<li>Experience driving service transformation or operational maturity programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brainbox Consulting BV\u00a0aligning great talent with clients\u2019 needs is at the core of who we are.
