On this journey, we are looking for Ivalua Integrator\u00a0<\/strong>who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.<\/p>\n

Responsible for designing and managing integrations within the Ivalua platform, including APIs, JSON, XML, and Ivalua Connect. Works closely with procurement and supply chain teams to map PR, RFQ, and Vendor Master data, perform SQL-based validation, and ensure smooth end\u2011to\u2011end integration delivery. Supports testing, issue resolution, and project execution with strong project management skills.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Design, build, and manage integrations across Ivalua modules using APIs, JSON, XML, and Ivalua Connect.<\/li>\n
  • Develop integration mappings for PR, PO, RFQ, Vendor Master, and Contract data flows.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with ERP teams (SAP\/Oracle), middleware teams, and business teams to define integration logic.<\/li>\n
  • Perform\u00a0end\u2011to\u2011end data validation using SQL<\/b>\u00a0across staging, middleware, and Ivalua environments.<\/li>\n
  • Handle workflow-triggered integrations and ensure error\u2011free transactions between systems.<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot interface failures, resolve defects, and support hypercare post\u2011go\u2011live.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare technical design documents, integration mapping sheets, and deployment guides.<\/li>\n
  • Drive SIT, UAT integration validation, and performance testing.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all integrations meet business requirements, security standards, and performance benchmarks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/b><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Strong experience as an\u00a0Ivalua Integrator<\/b>, focusing on API\u2011based, JSON\/XML integrations.<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on working knowledge of\u00a0Ivalua Connect<\/b>, interface configurations, middleware mapping & integration flows.<\/li>\n
    • Expertise in\u00a0SQL<\/b>\u00a0for data validation, debugging, and cross\u2011system data comparison.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of\u00a0S2P processes<\/b>, including PR, PO, RFQ, Supplier onboarding, and Master Data structures.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of\u00a0Procurement, Supply Chain, and SRM<\/b>\u00a0functional business flows.<\/li>\n
    • Experience integrating with external systems (ERP, Supplier systems, Middleware, Cloud platforms).<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<\/li>\n
    • 5\u20138 years<\/b>\u00a0of total experience with strong Ivalua integration exposure.<\/li>\n
    • Added advantage: Integration experience in\u00a0Ariba, Zycus, Coupa, SAP P2P, or Oracle Cloud.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work in cross\u2011functional teams with business & technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel 10\u201315% (domestic\/international).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
