On this journey, we are looking for<strong> IT &amp; Data Process Consultant<\/strong><span class=\"ng-scope\">,<\/span><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.<\/p>\n<p><b>Role and responsibilities<\/b><br \/>\nAs the IT &amp; Data Process Consultant, you will be working on further building up our in-house process and data modeling capabilities using Lean &amp; Six Sigma practices for process improvement and (cost) efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support business process owners in their responsibility to maintain and improve processes<\/li>\n<li>Improve Business Process Management maturity for the IT &amp; Data sector<\/li>\n<li>Update the relevant processes as published in the myProcess (ARIS) environment<\/li>\n<li>Analyze IT &amp; Data processes to identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows<\/li>\n<li>Improve quality by using Lean &amp; Six Sigma techniques to reduce defects in IT &amp; Data services<\/li>\n<li>Perform data-driven decision-making relying on process KPIs and data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Identify waste and unnecessary costs in operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Education and experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of process design experience, preferably as an internal or external consultant within a corporate environment (improvement experience beneficial)<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in a large organization, with a solid background in IT &amp; Data environments;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ARIS business process analysis &amp; management software<\/li>\n<li>MSc or BSc in Information Management, Business Administration or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (essential) and Dutch (desirable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brainbox Consulting BV\u00a0aligning great talent with clients\u2019 needs is at the core of who we are.
