Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Develop integration services, APIs, orchestrations, and microservices for Customer 360, IDMC, and downstream systems.<\/li>\n
  • Configure MDM Hub components:<\/strong> Base Objects, XREFs, match\/merge rules, trust rules, survivorship, hierarchies, and workflows.<\/li>\n
  • Design event-based flows, API-led integrations, REST\/SOAP services, JSON\/XML\/XSLT transformations, and async\/sync messaging.<\/li>\n
  • Build real-time, near real-time, and batch integrations using REST APIs, web services, messaging systems, and IICS mappings\/tasks.<\/li>\n
  • Implement OAuth, JWT, and service account security.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate on solution architecture, data mapping, governance, and error handling.<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot performance\/API issues, enable monitoring\/logging\/alerting, support UAT, deployment, and production.<\/li>\n
  • Document integration flows, API specs, dependencies, and follow SDLC and security standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • 3\u20137 years of Informatica MDM \/ Customer 360 (cloud or on-prem) experience.<\/li>\n
    • Strong CAI expertise; experience with IICS (CDI, API Manager, CI\/CD, process automation).<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in SQL and data transformation logic.<\/li>\n
    • Experience integrating CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP\/Oracle), and customer-facing platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
