This is a senior-level role requiring architectural ownership, technical leadership, and close collaboration with Dutch-speaking business stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Your Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Pega solutions using Pega Constellation<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Pega applications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and enterprise standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Define integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven integrations)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Guide and mentor System Architects and development teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drive quality, performance optimization, and governance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders (Dutch-speaking environment)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support CI\/CD, DevOps, and deployment strategies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills & Experience<\/h4>\n

    • \n

      Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) \u2013 Mandatory<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong hands-on experience with Pega Constellation architecture<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      8+ years of Pega implementation experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience delivering large-scale enterprise Pega solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong integration and architectural design skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience in Agile delivery environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) \u2013 Mandatory<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
