On this journey, we are looking for Sr. UAT Test Analyst\u00a0<\/strong>who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.<\/p>\n

We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Manager<\/strong> to lead User Acceptance Testing within a large international IT program in the insurance and financial services sector. The role involves managing UAT strategy, governance, and stakeholder collaboration across global teams in agile and hybrid delivery environments.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Define and manage UAT strategy, test plans, timelines, and scope.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Oversee test scenarios, coverage, entry\/exit criteria, and sign-off processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drive UAT execution with business SMEs and global test teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor risks, quality metrics, and overall go-live readiness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Provide leadership and direction to UAT analysts and country test teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize scope based on risk and business value.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Experience & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Minimum 10 years of experience in testing or related roles within the insurance or financial services sector.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proven experience leading and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience working in agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      ISTQB Certified Tester \u2013 Foundation Level (or equivalent certification).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Good knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent command of English (written and verbal).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
