As a Full-stack Observability Engineer<\/strong>, you\u2019ll ensure secure, reliable IT systems by owning observability, automating observability-as-code, and guiding teams. Using tools like OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Splunk<\/strong> with Azure\/AWS\/Kubernetes<\/strong>, you\u2019ll drive automation and stability through GitLab, Terraform, and Ansible.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Full-Stack Observability Engineer in a modern platform team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure secure, stable, and highly observable IT solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support 100+ Agile teams across a diverse application landscape<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Own Full-Stack Observability (FSO) using MELT (Metrics, Events, Logs, Traces)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Build and automate observability tools and platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Enable and coach Agile teams on observability best practices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Deliver observability-as-code via CI\/CD pipelines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Integrate observability with GitLab, Terraform, and Ansible<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Work hands-on with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, and Splunk<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Operate in Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • \n

        Strong experience with observability in large IT environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Proficiency in Python (or similar programming language)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        \u201cEverything-as-code\u201d mindset (Git, GitOps, Terraform, Ansible)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience working in Agile\/Scrum teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong communication skills (Dutch and\/or English)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n
