Responsibilities:

• Integration Activities Management:
  • Drive design, prototyping, build, test, and cut-over integration activities during respective phases of the project, ensuring alignment with the scope, quality, and timelines defined by program management.
  • Coordinate development teams from different IT CoEs (including AMS Factory Services) for the design, build, and test of applications within the scope of the HCM Program.
• Accountabilities:
  • Document global design solutions, including As-Is integration inventory, To-Be integration landscape, integration strategy, design, functional specifications, and test scripts.
  • Resolve required integration changes for applications within the scope of the HCM Program.
• Role Specifics:
  • Act as a focal point for integration design topics.
  • Serve as an expert for legacy and third-party (Non-Workday) applications within the scope of the HCM Program.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ERP HCM.
• Knowledge of HR IT applications.
• Strong design skills.
