On this journey, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer with strong leadership skills.

Senior Scrum Master

As the Scrum Master you are the servant leader who enables the team to perform at its best in both velocity and quality. You do this by motivating the team to be lean and agile, and increase the craftmanship of the members. In your role you will work closely together with the PO, Service Manager and potentially you will get a coordinating role in events, like the PI, for the SAFe ART.

You will be responsible for e.g. daily standups, iteration planning/review/retrospective, backlog refinement, and report progress and velocity. When needed you remove or prevent impediments.

Required:

• Proactive & can-do mentality
• Scrum experience and certified Scrum Master
• Experience with SAFe way of working
• Leading an agile Scrum-team
• Affinity with embedded systems
• Good communication skills in English
• Support the service/project manager in all resource related topics
• Soft skills (required)
• Able to switch priorities, but at the same time prevent unnecessary interruptions for the team
• Team player
• Coaching skills/proactive/clear communication/ownership
• Influencing without power
• Eager to improve quality and velocity, by practicing TDD
