On this journey, we are looking for a HANA Cloud Application Developer who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.
Role and responsibilities
As HANA Cloud developer your main task is to analyze, design and implement data models and related procedures in HANA Cloud, realizing our product backlog as defined by our Product Owner. Next to the development we expect you to own your solution by making sure it’s optimized and the quality is assured, you build it you own it.
The main goal of this project is to make HR data generally available throughout the organization. Moreover, enabling HR in advanced reporting and analytics which means providing insights to the HR organization to support faster and improved decision making. Concretely for you, this means extracting data from- and combining data in collaboration with other peers to create one clear cut overview
Education and experience
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Experience with developing using GIT based HANA automated deployment pipelines
- CAP (SAP Cloud Application Programming Model), specifically NodeJS
To thrive in this job, you’ll need the following skills:
Technical skills
- Excellent understanding of SAP HANA (2.0 / Cloud), Data Modelling and writing procedures
- Knowledge of SQL
- Nice to have: Knowledge of OData / REST services
Non-technical Skills
- Fluent in English
- Pro-active / self-starter
- Communicative (e.g. during the daily and/or when requirements are fleshed out in refinement sessions)
- Team player
