On this journey, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Engineer (Android Expert) with strong leadership skills.

You’ll be working on a variety of the services, tools and components and will be actively involved in all aspects of development. Its a very collaborative team, we highly value initiative, enthusiasm, and passion for building high-quality software. The problems we are solving are complex, so resourcefulness, desire to learn and openness to change are a must. We work in an agile environment with emphasis on developer empowerment and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build high-performing, reliable solutions for high-throughput, distributed systems using a variety of third-party and internal libraries and frameworks

• Integrate closely with colleagues in different functional groups and remote offices
• Communicate effectively within your team and across teams

• Balance strong ownership and teamwork

• Research, innovate, deliver, and grow

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related field plus 6+ years’ work experience or MS with 4-6 years of relevant experience

• Experience developing Android applications & commercial software with Java and Kotlin
• Experience with Android Studio, GIT, Jira, profilers, Gradle and debuggers
• Experience integrating with web services & using HTTP, TCP/IP and databases
• Experience with Unit-testing
• Knowledge of core CS concepts such as common data structures and algorithms

• Code samples from private github repos, side projects, and open-source project contributions is a plus
