Shell Oil & Gas Global (SAP Ariba Strategic Account) is an international energy giant with worldwide operations. Shell Oil & Gas Global brought in Brainbox Consulting for their SAP Ariba implementation in 2018. The requested configuration was very complex and required cutting edge product innovations and customizations. The project scope included:
- Ariba Guided Buying
- Ariba Buying
- Ariba API (Reporting & SLP)
- Ariba User Integration
- Ariba Buying Integration with ECC
Our role within the digital procurement transformation of Shell Oil & Gas Global was to implement SAP Ariba Buying, Guided Buying, Ariba API, and user integration. We performed these tasks in close cooperation with SAP Ariba consultants, Shell’s business and technical teams, and SAP Ariba’s Product and Innovation teams.
As an extension, Shell Oil & Gas Global involved Brainbox Consulting again in 2020. For this project we implement and manage the cloud integration gateway (CIG) for Commerce Automation / Digital Supplier Network.
